What is an active meeting?
Any meeting created or imported into Pinstriped and showing in the meeting list is an active meeting. The number of meetings you can have at any given time is limited in the free version. Creating and importing new meetings is easy, but once the limit is reached, you must delete an old one to make space for another. Be aware that once you delete a meeting it is deleted completely and forever.
Where is the Pinstriped branding in the free version?
In free, a small white Pinstriped logo appears at the bottom of the screen when in Meeting View; this is the view all participants see if sharing your screen during a meeting.
In which emails can I display my logo?
Premium users have the option of adding a logo to pre-meeting and follow-up emails.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
You’ll need to download the free version of Pinstriped first. Once installed, you’ll be given the option to upgrade. Just follow the simple steps within the app.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How secure is Pinstriped?
We're using encrypted communications, our API is secured with authentication tokens and all meeting related documents are stored on Amazon S3 servers.
